Description
g02jdc fits a model of the form:

g02jdc is threaded by NAG for parallel execution in multithreaded implementations of the NAG Library.
g02jdc makes calls to BLAS and/or LAPACK routines, which may be threaded within the vendor library used by this implementation. Consult the documentation for the vendor library for further information.

vpr gives the mapping between the random variables and the variance components. In most cases

9.1
Internal Changes
Internal changes have been made to this function as follows:
- At Mark 27: The algorithm underlying this function has been altered to improve efficiency. The design matrices are now reordered internally before performing the analysis. It is therefore no longer necessary to construct rndm in the previously recommended manner.
