g05sh generates a vector of pseudorandom numbers taken from an (or Fisher's variance ratio) distribution with and degrees of freedom.

Description
The distribution has PDF (probability density function)
g05sh calculates the values
where and are generated by g05sj from gamma distributions with parameters and respectively (i.e., from -distributions with and degrees of freedom).
One of the initialization methods (G05KFF not in this release) (for a repeatable sequence if computed sequentially) or (G05KGF not in this release) (for a non-repeatable sequence) must be called prior to the first call to g05sh.
