Payment

NAG accepts payment using bank transfer. We also accept payment using Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Maestro — note card payment is only available if you are invoiced in GBP. To pay by card simply let us know and we'll email details. For existing, or pre-approved customers NAG will also invoice against valid purchase orders. If in doubt, or if you need additional information, please telephone us on +44 (0)1865 511245 or email us.

Payment Terms: 30 days from invoice date.

Delivery

NAG makes its software and documentation available via download. Where this is not practical, we can arrange for physical media to be sent. NAG will despatch this soon after acceptance of your order although there may be an extra charge for this service.

Licence Management

Most NAG products are currently controlled by Licence Management software which must be installed on a control node for which NAG needs host name and host ID information. In these circumstances, you will be given advice on how to access the necessary host information and return it to NAG so that an appropriate licence key can be issued.

Other Information

• Annual licence fees include access to the software and NAG's Technical Support Service for the period of the licence.
• Perpetual licences are perpetual for the machine on which the NAG Library is licensed. The first year's annual support is included in the perpetual licence fee and subsequent years' support (for the NAG Library) is around 20% of the perpetual licence fee (subject to annual price rises).

• The "NAG Library" provides access to one or more of the NAG C Library, NAG Fortran Library, NAG Library for .NET, NAG Toolbox for MATLAB®, NAG Library for Java, NAG Library for Python, NAG Library for SMP and Multicore, and NAG Library for Xeon Phi.
• Technical Support for the NAG Fortran Compiler is free for the first year. You will receive a new quotation for renewal prior to the expiry date. Multi-year options are available.
